Yoga may mean something a little different for each of us as we immerse and fully embrace this practice in our daily lives. My yoga practice is guided by the '8-fold path' (Astanga, 'eight-limbed) from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. This practice provides guidelines for a meaningful and purposeful life.
Virtual Sessions will utilize Zoom Communication.
These sessions are designed for you. Sessions are 45-60 minutes. Plan a discovery call to determine the best path for you.
These sessions are designed for couples. May include; breathing practices, meditation and restorative poses, introspective thinking about self, partnership & parenting through open dialogue, writing prompts, expressive art with both emotion regulation & communication tools. With couples yoga, we engage in practices in which you often stay connected with self and each other with breath and body to offer connection and healing.
These sessions include; sacred sister connection, yoga practices & meditation.

My practice that I am most passionate about sharing with others includes, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sacred She Yoga
The practice of ‘yogic sleep.’ In this practice you will lay down or sit comfortably and are guided through breathwork and meditation. A person cannot do this style of yoga incorrectly, even if you fall asleep. During this practice, you will experience deep self-reflection and gain the ability to enjoy restorative relaxation.
Join in a sacred circle of women to honor the divine feminine, practice gentle yoga movement, meditation, breathwork and storytelling.
A restful practice that helps calm the nervous system and engages the body in deep relaxation through passive stretching and pose practice using props. You can except to feel deeply rested, restored and peaceful when leaving this blissful class.
This class is a time to practice meditation in a collective group of women. Each class I offer support and guidance. We end with guided meditation and calming essential oils.
